Project Premise

Action Adventure

In a steampunk world where air travel is king, a retired border collie weapons designer tries to come to terms with having killed thousands with his inventions in a war between wolves and dogs. He finds a chance at redemption when he rescues a pair of kidnapped wolf pups and enlists the help of a pit bull pilot struggling to prove herself in a male-dominated business. Together they'll take a floating barge across the islands fighting local patrols and the remains of the bloody war to bring the wolf pups home.

                                                        First, I don't do fast. I do safe. It takes six days to get to Lodin.

                                                        No. You want fast, go to the runways and hire a plane.

                                                        And that's the other problem. Only dogs throwing money around here are smugglers and gun runners. Which one are you?

                                                        Neither.

                                                        Of course you're not. Look, collie, call me a skeptic, but when a suspicious dog wants to pay me to fly him fast to a hornet's nest, I just might get a little uncertain. So tell me, and do not lie to me. What has to get to Lodin so damn fast?

Children’s Adventure

In a magical forest, a community of tree squirrels believe that the first acorn on a special tree will ensure a good gathering of nuts for the winter. The chief's granddaughter Suri is entrusted to protect the acorn, but when it goes missing, she's joined by the son of the watch captain, Sidus, in searching high and low to find the acorn and save their home.

                                                        Oh no, no, no, no, no! The magic acorn is gone!                                                    

                                                        Sidus                                                    

                                                        See? What did I tell you?                                                    

                                                        Suri                                                    

                                                        I was trusted to keep it safe! Oh, why did I go to the river? We'll starve unless we find it!                                                    

                                                        Sidus                                                    

                                                        Suri! We'll get it back. We'll find who took it and put it back on the tree before the gray tails know it's gone.                                                    

                                                        Suri                                                    

                                                        Took it? Who would have taken the magic acorn?                                                    

                                                        Sidus                                                    

                                                        Who? Those ground squirrels, that's who. I'll bet they got a crow or a porcupine or even a fox to come up here and snatch it.                                                    

                                                        Suri                                                    

                                                        That's a terrible thing to say, Sidus! What if it just fell?                                                    

                                                        Sidus                                                    

                                                        No, look! See? The stem was cut. They took the magic acorn, Suri.                                                    

                                                        Suri                                                    

                                                        Oh no. We have to tell the gray tails. They have to know.                                                    

                                                        Sidus                                                    

                                                        You'll get in trouble.                                                    

                                                        Suri                                                    

                                                        I deserve to get in trouble! I was supposed to watch the acorn!                                                    

                                                        Sidus                                                    

                                                        But we know where it is! I'll get my dad to round up the watch. We'll head to the plains and demand those grounders give it back.                                                    

                                                        Suri                                                    

                                                        Sidus, you don't know they took it.                                                    

                                                        Sidus                                                    

                                                        Oh, I know, Suri. We'll get the acorn back before the high sun. And we'll teach those grounders not to mess with our tree!

Action Comedy

On a vacation through South America, Danny, an American fox nutritionist, accidentally gets lost in the civil-war ravaged nation of Cordoba. But before he can get out, he discovers an undiscovered fruit with the health benefits of Açaí, aguaje, yumanasa, and applesauce rolled into one. When he tries to smuggle the special fruit out of the country, though, he learns from the military it's not for export.

Scene Description

A Cordoba military officer has captured Danny and has him strapped to a chair in an interrogation room.

                                                        Do you know what we do to thieves in Cordoba, señor?                                                    

                                                        Danny                                                    

                                                        Apologize, let them go and offer them a discount on the gift shop steak knives?                                                    

                                                        Officer                                                    

                                                        There are knives involved.                                                    

                                                        Danny                                                    

                                                        You're going to kill me, aren't you?                                                    

                                                        Officer                                                    

                                                        Si. But first, why is a little American fox trying to steal jujuwava fruit from our orchards?                                                    

                                                        Danny                                                    

                                                        Look, sir, I am so sorry about being any trouble to you at all, but I swear on my mother's grave—if she were dead, that I have no idea what ju-va-wa-wa fruit is. Or what you are. What the heck are you?                                                    

                                                        Officer

Project Premise

Post-Apocalyptic Action Film

Garis, a toughened loner in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, is almost killed by a marauding gang of predators. He recovers with the help of a doe from a walled city of rabbits,who risks her own standing in the village for helping an outsider -- a jackalope, no less, one of the last of his kind. The city's defenses are close to falling, though, with the same gang attacking night after night, forcing the recovering Garis to find a way to help his new community and love.

Scene Description

Ranok, the leader of the gang, is just outside the village walls with his gang, ready to attack. Garis helped set a trap that killed some of the wolf's thugs, and Ranok means to get revenge and finally break into the city.

                                                        There you are. It's rude to leave your conqueror waiting.                                                    

                                                        Garis                                                    

                                                        Well, hurry up next time.                                                    

                                                        Ranok                                                    

                                                        Huh. That was quite a mess you left for us, runt. I look forward to making what's left of your kind clean it up. And drinking your water as I watch.                                                    

                                                        Garis                                                    

                                                        Go home, Ranok. You've lost enough already. You attack us, you'll lose more.                                                    

                                                        Ranok                                                    

                                                        Such confidence. That's not an option any more. You've taken the blood of my men. I've come for yours.                                                    

                                                        Garis                                                    

                                                        Just mine?                                                    

                                                        Ranok                                                    

                                                        Oh no. Not just yours.

                                                        Did your friends come for my blood, too, or are you dragging them into this fight?

Period Adventure

It's a whole new world in 1824 Louisiana. France has sold their land to the still-new United States, and now Spain has given Florida up for a strong border West. All of that change proves too exciting for one skinny red fox growing up in deep Cajun country, the first American-born in his family. And so begins an incredible journey across the Southern states, where Barton Rouge will meet both friends and foes alike on his way through the darkest voodoo country in all the land.

                                                        That’s a fine question to be asking the one you’re killing, ain’t it? You want to help me?

                                                        Then get out of here! Give me a last night of peace.

Scene Description

In this scene, the outlaw questions a local priest with a chapel outside of town.

                                                        Priest                                                    

                                                        Father! It's Father! My name's McKenzie, for pity's sake! Does that sound like a Padre to you?

                                                        Pardon, Padre. Long as you wear that fetching dog-collar, reckon I'll call you what you seem.                                                    

                                                        Priest                                                    

                                                        Please don't call it a dog collar.                                                    

                                                        Outlaw                                                    

                                                        If names are such a concern, you might have stayed back East.                                                    

                                                        Priest                                                    

                                                        And miss all this colorful scenery? Who knew the desert was so beautiful! My ancestors should have never left Egypt!

                                                        Then you wouldn't be here to help me take care of some business, Padre. The coyote gang. They make their presence felt here at all?

                                                        Maybe they have. And if they did, maybe they left the donation-box emptier than the Lord would like.
